Green Chicken Enchiladas Recipe - Authentic Mexican Enchiladas Verde Dish
Classic Enchiladas made using either a red sauce or green sauce. The red enchilada sauce is generally a thin tomato and red chili sauce . Enchiladas with green, green color comes from a sauce of tomatillos and green chilies .

ingredients:
1 1/ 4 pounds whole bone chicken breasts
12 corn tortillas
9 cups of water
9-12 tomatillos , husked
3 small onions
6 cloves garlic, crushed
8 fresh green serrano peppers
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup sour cream
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
decorations :
1/2 cup Mexican cheese or Monterey Jack
1/4 cup sour cream
instructions :
Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add tomatoes , quartered 1 small onion, 3 cloves garlic, serrano peppers and 4. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the tomatillos are tender, about 30 minutes. Drain, but save some of the cooking water .

Cover dish with foil and bake until hot , or about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese , sour cream, and onion rings . This recipe makes 6 servings of green enchiladas .

Everyone loves a good pasta dish. Pasta can go with almost anything , and it is also a great need for your kitchen cabinets . It is one of those foods that you can go for a meal with little preparation . I had penne pasta in my office and I could not think of a recipe to make . Usually
, I make a recipe and go to my taste that's what cooking is all about
his personal love for the dish to share with others. I
saw a recipe for chicken and pasta in line with all the ingredients I
had in the cupboards and fridge and decided to make my version . I omitted some ingredients and other aggregates for the chicken and pasta.
ingredients
1 pound chicken
1 package of penne pasta
1 bunch broccoli
¼ cup dry white wine
1 can chicken broth or bouillon
2-3 leeks
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning (Mrs. Dash )
1/3 cup Parmesan
Cook pasta according to package directions , drain and set aside . In a saucepan, add the chicken broth and dry white wine. Chop the garlic fine and add to the pasta with Italian seasoning . Clean the chicken breast and add the broth and cook until done. Once the chicken cooks Remove chicken aside 2 cups of the action of liquid drain through a sieve . In another saucepan cook broccoli and chop and reserve. Cut the leeks lengthwise into thin strips. In a saucepan , pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the sliced leeks and sauté for about five minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of flour leeks. Flour mixture thickens leek . ingredients
1 pound chicken
1 package of penne pasta
1 bunch broccoli
¼ cup dry white wine
1 can chicken broth or bouillon
2-3 leeks
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning (Mrs. Dash )
1/3 cup Parmesan
Cook pasta according to package directions , drain and set aside . In a saucepan, add the chicken broth and dry white wine. Chop the garlic fine and add to the pasta with Italian seasoning . Clean the chicken breast and add the broth and cook until done. Once the chicken cooks Remove chicken aside 2 cups of the action of liquid drain through a sieve . In another saucepan cook broccoli and chop and reserve. Cut the leeks lengthwise into thin strips. In a saucepan , pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the sliced leeks and sauté for about five minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of flour leeks. Flour mixture thickens leek . Add reserved broth and cook until thickened and bubbly . Cut chicken into pieces and add broccoli, chicken and pasta sauce thickens. Mix all sauce ingredients . If the sauce is too thick add a little more to the pot actions.
When I made this recipe I had pepper jack cheese and sprinkled about 1/ 3 cup pasta dish and I was pretty good . It was a pasta dish with spicy cheese that was easy to do . You can choose to use Parmesan or mozzarella cheese or whatever you want. I like to serve this meal with garlic bread home using French bread with butter garlic , parmesan and parsley.

Mexican Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
Make these delicious chicken enchiladas , sour cream , cheese and spices.
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 ( 10.75 ounces ) Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups cooked chicken breast , cut into cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese , divided
6 ( 12 inch ) flour tortillas
1/4 cup milk
instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a large baking dish with cooking spray .
In a medium saucepan , sauté the onions in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes ( until tender ) . Add the garlic powder. Add green peppers, mushroom soup and sour cream and mix well .
Reserve 3/4 of this sauce and set aside .
For the rest of the sauce in the pan, add the chicken and 1/2 cup cheese and mix well.
Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up. Place seam side down in prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine / backup 3 4 sauce and milk. Pour the sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes , or until cheese is bubbly .

1 ( 10.75 ounces ) Condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups cooked chicken breast , chopped
1 (4 oz) chopped green chilies May , drained
8 (8 inch ) flour tortillas
1 cup cheddar cheese
instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine soup and sour cream and mix well and set aside .
In a medium saucepan , melt the margarine over medium heat and add onion and chili powder , cook until onions are tender . Add chicken , peppers, and 2 tablespoons soup mix . Cook until heated through, stirring constantly .
Spread soup mix 1/2 cup in a baking dish 9x13 inches. Pour about 1 /4 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla. Roll up and place , seam side down , in baking dish.
Pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese . Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tortillas are lightly browned .

1 (10 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish 9x13 inches.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium -high heat. Add chicken , onion and green chillies , fry until browned. Add taco seasoning and prepare meat mixture according to package instructions .
