Tzatziki Recipe With Greek Yogurt

If there is one thing that goes along with the kitchen and Greek culture is Tzatziki . While many other neighboring countries have a similar opinion in a yogurt sauce , is what seems to be the case with all standards.
What is so attractive is its thick consistency costs it brings to dishes. Pita bread with chicken, which is a versatile room bathroom.
Make Tzatziki is an organic process . Below, the basic ingredients are present , can be added more or less according to its method . Once you know what goes into it is easy to experiment and find your desired flavor .
A note from the foregoing : Authentic Tzatziki is always served cold and thick!
ingredients
0.5 English cucumber, skin and extremities.
2 cups Greek yogurt ( which is your favorite )
2 cloves garlic, minced (preferably )
1 handful of chopped dill
3 tablespoons of Greek olive oil
1TBS red wine vinegar
1 pinch of sea salt
Juice of one lemon
steps :
A . Grate the cucumber
Two . Press the grated cucumber to remove any liquid
Three . add to yogurt
April. add all other ingredients in yogurt
May mix
6 . let stand for at least 4 hours for all the flavors to come together
7 . Serve !
Here are some variations to the above recipe , you can try. All are the same steps to first ( or fewer ingredients ) :

Finally, here are some ways it can be used :
A . With bread, makes a good sauce.
Two . In addition to meat (I think Gyro )
Three . With sausages such as salami
April. with chips
May With fruit
